Application EMF 2018

 

If you would like to apply for a stall or camp at European Medieval Festival 2018, you need to click the link at the bottom of this page.

Please be aware that we expect your camp to be place in the period 1350-1536 AD. Modern objects and items, as well as Viking period items is not allowed at the festival.

Please read the rules and regulations before applying.

Before applying
Before you fill out the application, there are some pieces of information you should have at hand, for an easy application process.

  • General contact information.
  • SE-number (You get that by applying for at VAT-registration).
  • Information about your stall/tent ground area. We need the sizes with and without ropes.
  • If you want to rent a stall.
  • If you need power, as well as what devices and how many watts of power you need.
  • Information regarding bonfires, grills and use of gas-appliances. This include how many and how big they are.
  • Information about the wares, foods, drinks and activities you are bringing. (This includes pictures and source material)
  • If you are planning on selling or carrying weapons.

Craftsmen
Its free to participate as an historical craftsman at EMF, on the condition that the main activity is showing the craft to the guests. If you want to participate as a historical craftsman, please write so in the notes in the application, so we can contact you.

Show groups
Musicians/entertainers/Fighting groups and so on must contact Tine Nørgård at tino@horsens.dk, instead of applying through this form.

Selling foods
If you wish to sell food or drinks from your stall, please be aware that you need to follow the Danish food relations. You can find more information on the ministry for food and health webpage. If you have questions, we suggest contacting the Ministries western control department in Vejle at +45 7227 6900.

Application
We ask you to be as thorough as possible when filling out the application form. The information entered will be used in designing the event area, program information and so on. The form must be filled out at March 31st 2018 at the latest, applying later than that puts you on a waiting list. We will reply in the middle of May with the answer to the application.
